Canceling a service Order

You may cancel a service order any time up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed service date by calling 1-408-538-5367 within our regular business hours. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel service orders less than 24 hours prior to the confirmed service date.

Returning a non-service related items

We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell with a refund. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund. Most items can be returned for a full refund and some items may incur a restocking fee.
