The cost for shipping is based upon total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating shipping charge for an order. An additional shipping surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and weight. The surcharge will be noted on the product description page. (For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii see surcharge fees below).

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via our Standard Service only (Expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO addresses). Standard delivery timeframes (as noted above) do not apply to APO/FPO shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon order amount. Please refer to the Standard rates in the table below. (A surcharge also may be applied to select items due to size and weight).

Orders containing Gift Cards and no other merchandise will be shipped at no charge via USPS. Expedited Service is available (excluding APO/FPO addresses where Gift Card-only orders will be shipped via Standard Service) for a flat rate of $5.00. If a Gift Card(s) is purchased along with other items, the shipping charge related to the Gift Card(s) will be waived for Expedited Service.

We are unable to ship to US Territories and international locations at this time.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Items Eligible for Free Shipping

Individual products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Item(s) qualify for Free Standard Shipping”. Your shipping amount total will not reflect items that qualify for free shipping. If you select a shipping method other than the free offer method, shipping charges will apply.

Items Shipped Directly from Vendor

Items identified with “Ships Directly from Vendor” will be sent from the product manufacturer/vendor and will be delivered within 10 business days via standard shipping. We are unable to offer expedited or express shipping for Vendor direct ship items. If you have other items in your order you wish to have shipped either as express or expedited, please create a separate order for these items.

Tracking Your Packages

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores:

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by calling 1-408-538-5367. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
