  • How can I get support from AUCCESS™?

    FIRST: Please ensure that you have a valid membership (Sign up for 360SmartIT™ is FREE).

    Second: Submit a support request and get a support ticket

    Currently there are 3 ways to submit a support request and receive a support ticket:

    1. Send an email to our Support System (email address will be provided after sign up)
    2. On our website, click the blue Support button on the left side of the screen

  • How can I get a quote for project work?

    Please provide as many details as possible about your project:

    1. Is this project a new project, or finishing existing work, or fixing work that did not complete, or re-do of a previous work?
    2. Is the work creation of a new system, work on an existing system, installation of software or hardware, a migration, an architecture, etc.?
    3. Are there any special requirements? If yes, what are they?
    4. Is the project planned or unplanned?
    5. Is the work urgent or not?
    6. When do you intend to get started?
    7. When does the project need to be completed?
    8. Can the work be performed remotely or does it require on-site services?
    9. If the work is on-site, is it in a safe environment or are there any dangers involved?
    10. Can all work be performed during regular business hours, or does it require night, weekend or holiday hours?
    11. Do you have a budget established for this project? If yes, what range?

    Please include any other details you would like to provide, attach and supplementary documentation to your communication.

    If you are an existing customer, then please send an email to our Support System and you receive a ticket# for all future communications regarding this quote.

    If you new to AUCCESS™ then we encourage you to Sign Up then then to send an email to our Support System. Billing / Pricing

  • What is the minimum I have to pay per month?

    If you subscribe to the 360SmartIT™ service without customization and do not have any service requests then you have to pay NOTHING.

    You will only be billed for any services you use during a given month.

    If you have recurring work every month or every week then you can reserve service time on a regular basis at good discounts.
